The Galaxy Cue Warranty
Galaxy warrants your Galaxy Cue to the original purchaser that the cue is free from factory defects in materials and workmanship. If, after we have inspected the cue, we find that the product was defective in materials or workmanship, we shall supply the owner of said cue with repairs or we will replace it. All decisions in this regard shall remain at the sole discretion of Galaxy and will depend on the stipulations outlined under the terms of our limited and extended warranties respectfully. There are no other expressed warranties beyond the terms of these warranties. In no event shall Galaxy be liable for incidental or consequential damages related to Galaxy Cue products.

Limited Warranty Return Policy
In the unlikely event that there are factory related defects in either materials or workmanship, please return the cue within 30 Days of receiving it and you will receive a full repair or we will replace the cue free of charge. All shipping and handling charges are your
responsibility. Any cues that are returned must be in new and un-chalked condition to be accepted. Furthermore, any cue that has been repaired, augmented or altered in any way will not be accepted and the warranty shall be made void. This warranty is non
transferable to any other party other than the original purchaser.

Extended Warranty Return Policy
If after 30 days and up to one year after purchase, you discover any factory related defects in either materials or workmanship, you may return the cue to Galaxy where it will be assessed, and promptly repaired or replaced at our discretion. All shipping and handling charges are your responsibility. Any cues that are returned after 30 days must not have been mishandled, misused or abused. This
determination will be at the sole discretion of Galaxy. This extended warranty will be made void if the above is found to be the case. Furthermore, any cue that has been repaired, augmented or altered in any way will not be accepted and the warranty shall be made void. This warranty is nontransferable to any other party other than the original purchaser.
