Temperature Setting
Harvia’s lava rock heating system will heat all the way up to 230° with its easy temperature setting gauge. To receive the most optimum therapeutic benefits, it is recommended to keep the sauna at a minimum of 180°. The best part of our lava-rock unit is that you can pour water onto the rocks to create humidity, which will make you feel much comfortable than dry saunas. |

Heater
Our Harvia heater is the best in the world! A Finish manufacturer, Harvia is the oldest and main manufacturer of quality heaters. You Harvia heater will have 6000 W of power to easily heat your room in a quick and efficient manner. However, it will require 220 V. |

Cabinet
Our ZA saunas are constructed entire of Canadian Hemlock, an attractive, even grained wood. There is no particle board or veneer. And, for greater protection against humidity, our lava-rock unit is double-sided hemlock to minimize wood contraction. Hemlock is naturally resistant to decay, containing inherent strength durability. It is commonly used in construction. Its natural fragrance, pythoncidere, helps relieve stress, eliminate bacteria and purifies the air of pollutants. Hemlock is an ideal wood for sauna use; it does not get too hot to touch when the temperature rises. |

Control Panel
Both the temperature control and timer control are located on the heater. You can pre-set the sauna as to when it starts, 1 to 4 hours in advance in case you to work-out / swim and have it ready by the time you get in. The temperature control ranges from min to max, enabling you to find the right temperature level for you. You can also set the sauna to how long you want it to be on. In case you forget about it, the sauna will automatically turn off with the timer. There is also an exterior switch to turn the unit off / on. |

Convenience
ZA lava rock unit comes with everything you need. Lay out with tiered benching. You can completely lay down and still have other others in it. It also comes with a water bowl and spoon, so you can keep water for the lava rocks. To help relax you, we provide complimentary aroma therapy kit. Also, with 2 interior lights, you can bring in magazines / books to read. And, when you’re done, the exterior on / off switch makes it easy to turn the sauna off. |

Easy assembly & sturdy contruction
Zen Awakening Lava-rock saunas are made as kits, making it easy for you to assemble and disassemble for long-lasting use. We use tongue and groove construction for sturdiness, reinforced with our copper-latching locking system. The lava-rock unit can be assembled in little as 60 minutes. You will need to connect the heater to the 220 plug. |
